I just found out about a teacher in Knox County that was absolutely teaching about gay ideology in the classroom recently. The parents are livid and the school is in disbelief that it happened, especially in this climate.

Spoke with a friend who walked away ( retired early) from public education after 20+ years.
Vice principal for the last several years.
The take is no one cares at all about the educators health or well being.
This person along with colleagues had become the custodians along with all the other duties. Mopping rooms, trash detail etc.
Several open positions available at the school. Not one single applicant, zero.
Of course when this persons friends/ parents ask about them the response from the principal/ administration " they're no longer employed" Not an early retirement. Casting shade om this persons character.
Public education is done
