Im going to twist the knife a little on that gas pumping thing. Alshon is having one helluva preseason. You are really going to hate that you missed on him. He wont be pumping gas unless its all over the vols right before SOS throws the match.

Twist the knife??? LMAO. I'll take our recruiting class over yours any year.

SOS is a washed up has been.

So was Lying Lou.

Congrats.

As noted above, when we rarely lose to SC, we fire a coach.

When you rarely beat UT, you celebrate like you have won a NC. Or an SECC. I guess since you have never won a NC or an SECC, it's all you have.

Now, repeat after me:

I...am...Clemson's...biotch.

Daffy Duck(lou holtz) has finally lost his feathers, I saw him saying he had 2 reasons why and i thought to myself well one of them could be that statue they built for you.

Hey Chicken, wasn't USCjr known has "Lose" Crew, I meant "Lou's" Crew, when he was coach there. I was driving to Myrtle Beach in Aug '99 when I heard an advertisement about the upcoming season and calling the team 'Lose Crew". I almost wrecked I was laughing so hard.

Anybody seen Notre Dame's schedule? It's definitely a reach, but they are going to win a bunch of games this year.

Less USC. And they are breaking in a new QB.

They could beat everyone else on their schedule.

Their SOS is below weak.

i would be willing to bet money, kentucky takes it to the gamecoks this year by double didgets.

USC beating UT last year is like a street gang kicking the **** out of someone and there 14 year old recruit comes and takes his shot after all the big boys did the work, when will you delousional gamecock fans face the fact that you are on the same tear as uk , vandy, and msu. that is 3rd tear, not even on the arkansas/ ole miss, uga 2nd tear. the top tear teams BTW are the ones with multiple national and sec chamionships, and your sorry sack dosent even have one of the later, if im not mikstaken kentucky won a couple years ago. USC lite is so weak, they would still be middle of the road if they went back to the atlantic cupcake confrence

When I saw the title of this post, I thought maybe Holtz had finally seen an episode of the Beverly Hillbillies and freaked out, because he didn't remember dressing up like an old lady.

Notre Dame could actually go undefeated this year and get a shot at the NC because of who they are even though some high school teams could go 10-2 with the same schedule. If this some how does happen Florida will put a beating on them so bad they will have to take the NC game off the air by half time. Holtz is a fool.

Notice when a Lou Holtz thread pops up, all the USClite fans show up.

you would think they would want to get as far away from the crime as possible. There will be nowhere to hide once they kill their second hof coach

I can't believe everybody is ripping Lou. I personally find it heartbreaking to watch the advance stages of Alzheimer's affect a person. Furthermore, ESPN's treatment of Lou is shameful. It's obvious that they keep in a little white room in a drug induced comatose state and then wake him up a few times a week for a broadcast because people recognize him. The poor guy still thinks its 1988. He probably sees Rocket Ishmail on set and tries to order him to do wind sprints. :)

I was having that discussion with somebody on here the other day.

Either they got 2 HOF coaches on their last leg, claiming they had finally made the big hire to get them over the top.

or

Both were still in their prime and USClite, put a black mark on their legacy.

I think it is a combination of both.
Eithe way, they are still USClite

Its 50/50. Holtz turned an 0-11 team into an 8-4 team in one season before he eventually flopped. Spurrier's just there to pick up a paycheck.
