Louisville at Ole Miss (Monday Night Football)

It's a fast game, and those plays where a RB lowers his own head makes it almost a certainty that there will be H2H contact.

That being said, a sliding QB like you saw on the last play gets that call 100 times out of 100.

I think the case for both to go is at least as bad as many of the "targeting" calls you see (including the one earlier in this game).

My problem lies in the fact that IMO the targeting call on Ole Miss is a completely different play than Louisville’s targeting penalty. They’re not worthy of the same result .

Like I laughed when they had this old geezers rules analyst comment "these are gifted athletes, they are capable of making split second decisions." Like stfu old man. This game is a million times faster than when you played in 1937 or whatever lmao

I'm turning this game off. If this continues I will be considering cancelling my subscription. You are changing the outcome of the game. What's the point?

That was textbook targeting. You can hate the rule all you want to, but the U of L player clearly launched himself and hit the Ole Miss in the head with the crown of his helmet.

How in the hell are you supposed to do that in the moment? If you can no longer hit the qb I might have to find a new sport. These are grown men imposing impossible rules they make up as they go along... not for saftey, or to improve the game, put to protect their billion dollar product.
The CDC must be running CFB

LOL, no you aren't.

In other news, Ole Miss seems to have found a Defense....

As a defensive player you're not allowed to play hard and fast. How dare you think that. You're supposed to let the offensive player run to you first then try and wrap them up and hope your weak hit with no momentum isn't broken. That's football in 2021.

I didn't know what players to look at, there were like 10 on screen lmao. So I probably didn't see it

It's college football on ESPN. Plenty of people are watching lol
Not really. The UT-GT game on Labor Day night in 2017 did a sh*t rating. These games largely depend on who is playing. I don’t think a lot of people are fired up for a Ole Miss-U of L game.

If Ole miss plays like this against us we'll lose. Kiffin finally got a defense

Not firmilar with how **** Louisville has been at offense lately huh. Truth probably lies in between somewhere
