Gule, I've read and respected your posts for years.
I know we have our own perspectives, but to want a coach simply because they are female or have ties to the University is just too old school and won't cut it this time around.

Look at Saban... no ties to Bama but has become the face of Bama due to his accomplishments there. Don't discount someone simply because they aren't a UT alum or shouldn't be coach because they aren't female like CPS. Let's get a winner in here that has the experience and knows how to coach a team to success. Someone who runs a tight ship and isn't afraid to demand the most from their players. Jeff Walz is that kind of coach, so don't discount him based on sex or UT affiliation.

So now we have gone from the low end of possibly being stuck with holly to the high end of paying top dollar.

As long as she is gone soon after the tournaments end, I do not care who they hire as long as the candidate has head coaching experience and shows an upward trend of success.
