LSU Players Possibly Suspended

Word has been 1 game suspensions but I think Spencer Ware is getting close to an multi-game suspension in my book or even an indefinite. He can go some place else if he doesn't like it in BR. Miles runs a tight ship and he should be applauded for doing the right thing instead of coaches being judged on their record alone.

Spencer Ware's career might be jeopardy now, I hate to judge kids but they need to figure out when they don't hold all the cards. Very unfortunate.

Didn't the Reivelle report that the school requires more than just one game? It's baffling to me that they won't confirm how long the suspensions are for. Pretty much guarantees that they won't miss the Bama game.

As far as I know it's a 1 game suspension and possibly longer, I would say Ware is working on an indefinite but that is speculation on my part.

I'll gladly take a chance on Ware at UT.

That's my point. Why can't anyone say how long the suspension is?

It's 1 game and subject to change depending on what the kid is doing ie attitude. If they did everything they are suppose to do, I would think they would be back by Bama. Unfortunately, things for Ware are going downhill. IMHO.

I hope Miles switches it to indefinite for Ware if what I am hearing is true. Everyone desires a second shot but.... attitude is everything.

Really? So all these guys have to do is behave themselves for 2 weeks? I have a lot of trouble believing that's actually LSU's drug policy.

Technically you don't even know if it's a drug issue, most probably it is. I think it would actually be a three week suspension if they play in the Bama game, it just happens to be a bye coming up.

The Bama-LSU game is 16 days away. How would that equate to a three week suspension?

Ok you got me, 2.5 weeks. Point being, they would have lost 2 games if not for the bye.

I am not even for sure if a college has to have drug policy other than the normal NCAA stuff.

don't talk about it.

Why not? To be honest I don't have a freaking clue what LSU's policy is, so no way can I agree or disagree with you without that and a comparison.

Heck the schools might not even have to test, heck Garcia was practically a full-time user. I see nothing wrong with what LSU is doing.

uh, hold up. Are you serious with this? An AL guy concerned with someone enforcing rules on student athletes?

You act like Bama's never suspended players. We lose players before every season because of team rules violations.

And before you say anything, I was kidding.
