Was anyone really excited about Moi though last year? Garner and Chop just seem to get the best out of those guys and there’s so many of them they like to compete against each other. Our rotation keeps guys fresh as well.
I think you could definitely see the potential in guys like ONL and Moi when they were recruited to Tennessee. I see a couple of solid guys in the portal, but no one to get excited about. Plus, we seem to be looking at 1 year guys. Harder to get hyped for one year guys.

We are spoiled with D-line play. That's the only thing I can figure out, because why is the reaction of LSU fans to losing him so much stronger than the reaction of Tennessee fans to potentially adding him? LSU fans were pissed he was transferring out, and maybe they don't have a plethora of great D-linemen but still, it seems that he must have played well for them. You can't always look at stats, especially at I-DL. He had one of the highest PFF grades for LSU on defense this year,

Hopefully that means the staff Is happy with who we have but they need one more year to develop.

Could happen but you think he would have went there the first time, when they were good.
I won't pretend to know what happened his first go-around. I don't recall Tennessee recruiting him, but Michigan's NIL situation is much better than it was just a little while ago. The cream is sort of rising towards the top the further along we go in this new age of college football and I have a feeling it will continue to. It's funny watching all the fan bases on once competitive teams absolutely refuse to admit they don't have the spending power some of their long-time rivals suddenly find themselves with. None of them, not even Kentucky fans, will admit it's NIL.

It’s even funnier when they want to act like it’s cheating now.

Suggs interview post-visit was really glowing. I'm don't know if it foretells anything or not but he said this, “Just watching their practice today, too, and their scheme and just listening to the coaches talk to the players, it shows why they’re in the playoffs and it shows why they have a good chance of making a championship run.”

I think we are going to land this guy. I hope the fans unhappy with him visiting will be deeply disappointed.
