If I'm not mistaken, Dabo's contract with Clemson has an "Alabama clause" in it. I think it basically makes it extremely expensive for Alabama to try to hire him.

There is no incentive or advantage that Bama offers Dabo that Clemson doesn’t already offer. He has built the Clemson program, the money is there. He has a pretty easy path to a playoff berth in the ACC….

Dabo will not be the bozo that decides to follow Saban at Bama because that coach will be doomed from the start with Saban expectations.
