2 things stick out in my mind after watching this "game:"

1) Mississippi State's offense might be the worst in the SEC

2) LSU has not looked like the #2 team in the country. I know the score is lopsided, but 43 turnovers by the other team helps a lot. They should have been able to come out and drop a whoopin' on State, having their 3rd stringers in by the second half. Not impressed.

I do remember one year Spurrier made LSU wear purple in the swamp while they wore white. He did that b/c the year before LSU made Florida wear their home jersey at LSU and Spurrier wanted to wear white.

But Im like you, I've confused myself :birgits_giggle:

The announcers also managed to compare Tennessee with Miss St in there schedule deal. They didnt even have the decency to show Tenn's ranking.

Henig is awful 5 INTS. and he still keeps throwing into coverage.

LSU likes wearing white, I peeked over at one of their forums to see what they thought of their team so far and there is a 10 page thread on them being forced to wear purple when they always want to wear white
