Don't bet on it. The LV a;re in one of their worst seasons ever. CH cannot recruit and out of the HoopsGurlz top 100 for the last 3 seasons or so has only been able to recruit one player. That player was at UT for 2 seasons, played only 3 or 4 minutes per game with no results and left the team to go else where. CH needs to put her husband in an administrative position and replace him with T. Catchings. CH has never been able to control turnovers and has had more than one season where the number of turnovers were beyond 25 or more. That can be corrected immediately by using the Coach Barnes method. In practice a player with a turnover has to run from the floor to the top of the arean and back. That keeps turnovers around 9 per game. In my opinion, LV will be either number 4 or worse in SEC until someone like C. Parker or the coach at Duke replaces her.LVS should get this one. If they don't.......
this made me giggle…Don't bet on it. The LV a;re in one of their worst seasons ever. I totally agree. LV are in for one of the worst seasons ever. CH cannot recruit and has never corrected turnovers in her time at UT. I think the last season had 3 games with 27 turnovers. She needs to put her husband in an administrative position and hire a former UT LV such as Timika Catchings or even replace her with C. Parker or the coach at Duke. LV will be either number 3 o4 in SEC until she is replaced. They have become unwatchable for me. Sorry, but it is what it is. Zero entertainment.
How knowledgeable you are as you recommend “the coach at Duke”.Don't bet on it. The LV a;re in one of their worst seasons ever. I usually try to stay positive but I have this nagging feeling that more is going on with Rikea than we are being told. I am either afraid her injury is worse than we expected or something else is going on that is more concerning. I hope I am wrong.
If that's the case it's a vast conspriacy. We've been watching them treat this "injury" since before the season started.Been wondering myself if the 'injury' is not the real issue. More going on behind the scenes that we don't know about maybe.
The coach at Duke is going to probably finish in the bottom half of the ACC this year and what makes you think Candace Parker has the ability to coach a D-1 College Team? That is like throwing Tina Thompson an incredible pro and olympian into a D-1 College program (Virginia) with no head coaching experience only to be fired within 2-3 years because she could not coach. Great players don't necessarily become great head coaches. The best coaches have coached at lower levels and worked their way up through the divisions. BTW that player you were talking about (Pissott) played one season at Tennessee, went to bottom feeder Vanderbilt and doesn't look great on that team either although she is being given more opportunity because of lack of quality players on that team. At 6-4 I don't think she has gotten 10 rebounds yet this year.Don't bet on it. The LV a;re in one of their worst seasons ever.
