Just a FYI yall...Powers UTX prez...has been going through a power struggle for a bit on the direction of the school. Sooo his own future is hanging on how this whole brown deal is being handled.

His future, at least in the near term, was decided yesterday by the Board of Regents. Powers is fine. There are Regents who won't be around for a whole lot longer.
