She's a certifiable moron. I have no problem with this. She has a right to serve bc she was elected. Her, and and her constituents, have no guarantee she will serve on committees. Elect an idiot this is what you get. And yes there are many other idiots, on both sides, who this should happen to. So yea one was taken down. Celebrate people. Stop worrying about the party. You know she is fing nuts.

Here's what I know about Cheney. What she said must have been pretty bad because everyone is talking about it and she's been made an example of. I quit following politics some time back. I remember being very surprised that the comments Omar made, and has continued to double down on, weren't condemned publicly and she wasn't chastised by her fellow reps.

The Republican party left me long ago, I don't carry water for them. But I watch a constant double standard play out. I watch a party that claims to stand up for minorites pick and choose favorites. Pimp themselves for votes while exploiting those voters for personal gain.

The right clearly has its problems, a portion of it has moved to a more extreme position, in response to left doing so imo. It needs to purge itself of those elements. But I loathe the Democrat party, mainly because it has become the extremist pop-culture cult of group-think party.

No room for independent thinkers in any of the parties right now.

I won't disagree, but as a supporter of neither party i can't help but be a little concerned that the standard does not appear to be applied evenly.

I look at it like this, when I watch a basketball game there are certain groups of refs that call games differently. Some let you mix it up, others take complete control of the game. I'm fine with either, as long as they call it the same both ways the best team that night wins. When they don't is when I have an issue with it.

Which is why I support neither party. I can't get behind either. In fact I publicly support a reset. We need successful people to begrudgingly do their civic duty. Politician should not be a career, used to enrich yourself and family. I hate them all.

The absolute hypocrisy is part of the problem. And, the cancel culture that is going on right now.

If she’s an idiot, she has the right to be. Look at Aoc and the lies that she’s spewing right now. Where’s the equal justice? And, is this about what she said or is it something else?

It’s wrong to kick a congressman off of committees without them committing some criminal act or ethical violations. Period.

That is mob rule depriving her constituents of representation.

She still has her seat in the HOR and can still vote on her constituents' behalf.
