So I'm going to call out VIA (sort of), on volquest, he posted that he heard a rumor that Marlon Brown committed to UT today.

I'll believe it when I see it... but the rumor that he and Nunes hit it off, and with Nunes coming here... I would still be surprised. That would be a big pick-up for us though.

All that narrowing a list crap is just a formality. They commit all the time even though they have "narrowed their list."

Funny thing these rumors. A very credible poster who knows Marlon well said he has not committed so who knows.

Yeah I agree head1 these rumors are something. By dwindling his list to 10 I do not believe he has committed to us. Even though I do believe we have a good shot per Nunes and Stokes are coming after him hard and he seems to be interested in the prospects of them playing together.

"Right now I like LSU with Randle, Tennessee with Brown and FSU with DeBose. But you get the feeling each will take his decision deep into the recruiting season"
