Let's all hope and pray that this "source" is as reliable as the ones that stated Randy Shannon was already on campus finalizing a contract the day Wilcox/Sirmon left.

Until Bruce crashed the ship, UT was as good a job. Illinois is down but fertile grounds to recruit in addition to Martin being from Illinois, I would say if Smart doesn't take the job, Martin will leave. It sucks for the program if he does.

No biggie guys. If Martin leaves and Dooley gets fired after 2012, we'll just have to be patient. It will only take another 5-6 years until UT is a powerhouse in both sports again!

Unlike Kiffin, Martin has character and integrity. Martin said he's here for the long haul.

I have no reason to doubt him.

Would be surprised if he left after 1 season especially considering the talent we have coming back. In addition, I would think he would give some thought to what he told Stokes when he recruited him. Time to open our wallet and pay the man what it takes to keep him.
