Those are your reasons for voting against Obama. Doesn't surprise me, many in your party are voting against him for the one reason specifically.

Nicy try, that is the only reason you are voting for him.

If he were Barry he would be an after thought.

You would not vote for him if he were white and named Barry.

I would say that both parties probably have an equal number who will vote no based strictly on race. Remember racism has no political affiliation.

I will say the democrat party has many more who will vote yes based strictly on race.

Why are you voting for Obama? What is the main reason you will cast your ballot for Obama?

1.) He is black

2.) He is a democrat

I too agree. I was curious as to what your answer would be.

Do you believe Obama would be comparable to Clinton, Reagan or Bush?

Won't know until he gets to the oval office and gets neck deep in presidential "tasks". Like anyone else who has held the office, the decision making will dictate his ratings.

To answer your other question....because I like him and think he will affect positive change. I like the fact he has made healthcare a priority. it is long overdue. I am certainly not for free healthcare, but absolutely am for AFFORDABLE healthcare for everyone. I believe Obama will be a responsible and competent CIC of our armed forces. Will defend this nation as well as anyone has and will address some glaring needs domestically in regards to energy and immigration reform.

I disagree most strongly on immigration reform. Anything other than having illegals leave the country and apply for entry legally is not reform, it is status quo.

I hope your right about healthcare but I see UHC in our future under Obama.

As long as he takes the advice our commanders on the ground give him he will be fine as far as the military goes. If he does not, well, just look at at how badly things were going before the surge.

He would serve himself well to consider the nuclear option, it has proven to be safe in many other countries.

I'm an Obama supporter, and even I can tell you his healthcare plan sucks. It is bascially UHC with no incentive to go out and get your own. It will result in lower care standards that the people who currently can afford it will have to pay for everybody else. I'm not sure the way he has it outlined at present it will pass, even with a democratic congress.

Can't possibly be an all-time low for presidential politics yet. We don't have the sex scandal yet.

Now once McCain accuses Obama of molesting boys in mall arcade bathrooms, then we may have something.

It wouldn't be suprising to see that.

Yes, he would still be on the ticket, and would be even further ahead in the polls than he is right now.
why, pray tell would he be on the ticket? which of his ingenious policies would have gotten him out of Chicago politics onto the national scene? Which of his policies, besides Iraq, is any different than Ted Kennedy or Joe Biden?
