CBJ needs to align a staff with his people, not those we think he could use. They will make or break him. We will all be holding CBJ accountable down the road for these decisions.

It's part of the reason they make what they do at the schools, They may be gone tomorrow even though they did a good job. Graham could be next.

it would be suprising if he didnt bring the guy. how your players are trained in the offseason is a monumentally important aspect of coaching.

Most coaches bring in their guy with the S/C program. I know RM did a great job - just an occupational hazard I guess.

Yeah, he did a great job for us. Unfortunately, he is another casualty in the 3 year mistake we made in hiring Dooley. Wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

It was a strength coach for crying out loud! Did you even read Dave Lawson's bio? I'd say he is more than qualified and will be here as long as Butch Jones is.
