Ok so you still haven't watched him
I have watched him. I also looked at his stats. He got almost all his yards against SC St, Charlotte, TX AM and KY. Rest of his games he showed very little. Against Clemson, Missouri, UGA, Arkansas and GA St he gained a whopping 122 yards averaging 2.7 yards a carry. Explain to me how he is better than what we have.

Because he's clearly more talented than our guys? He's just as fast as any of them, more physical, more elusive and has shown more as a receiver.

He was also playing with a pretty crap offense. I mean until they played us they were like the worst in the league, so teams sold out to stop the run and Rattler could hardly do anything to keep them honest and he still averaged 5.2 yards per carry.

He's elite.

love our three mainstays right now, but they don't do things like this^

He’s not better than what we have. I wouldn’t add him at this point.
Disagree. You get Lloyd and he's the starter. We've had a moment or two where one of our backs makes a pretty good run, but this guy is on another level. All I ask is that if we don't get him, he doesn't end up at UGA or bama.

^^^ casuals

Watch the games, he’s really, really good
LOL "casuals" with your 23 posts. I've probably been watching football longer than you've been alive.

I'll tell you what though, as far as how this is going to go, if he doesn't come here, most everyone will agree with me, if he comes here most everyone will agree with you.

Did you really just flex your post count?

Yeah, you know our staff would only consider taking a RB if he's a game changer like Jahmyr Gibbs or Zach Evans right?

Would be bold of you to claim that you understand this players talent than the staff that coached the number one offense in America.

Seriously? How do you watch that highlight and not see he's incredibly talented? What exactly is lacking?

Don’t waste your time. He already has his mind made up that Lloyd isn’t that good.
4.6 YPC for your career is pretty mid. It just is. He might be great next year wherever he plays but he hasn't been great at this level yet, 3 years in to his college career.

I said he was a slightly above average SEC running back, y'all are acting like he is Marcus Lattimore. My statement is more than fair given his 3 year college career to date. And I didn't say our staff was screwing up to go after him, from what I've seen we could use another slightly above average SEC running back, what I said was that the word on the street was that Maryland was throwing a ridiculous NIL deal at him, which was overpaying for him. It's alright though, if he doesn't come here y'all will be saying worse stuff about him than I have.

There'll be some "he sucks anyway", "next", "his loss" and "never heard of her" comments but you are right, it'll die down pretty quick. Listen, if we get him great, he should at least provide some depth if he stays healthy but it's not like this is Tank Bigsby with 2-3 thousand career yards in the Portal.

I want him for two reasons. Number 1 is that I think he is a very good running back, number 2 is, I just want him because it would piss off jr fans. On second though I’m going to switch the order of those. Pissing off SCjr fans is top of the list.
Pissing off Jr. fans is a great reason to take him and even if he is only a slightly above average SEC running back, we could use one of those for depth.

We got pretty good RBs. I wouldn’t mind having another one, but we are pretty solid regardless. Small has 700yds and 12tds and Wright has nearly 800yds and 10tds. Then add in true freshman Sampson with 400yds and 6tds. Pretty good IMO.

W KKeith coming in w/ this recruiting class, I would think we would still want a 5th body in the RB room.

He is not an Elite RB. He is not even a Top 25 back in the country. Then you make up stuff like he is as fast as our RBs. He is 4.5 in the forty so that is just something you made up, he’s not faster than all of our RBs.
