Miami would have to come to the SEC. Worst case for both FSU and Miami would be USF joining the SEC. This would leave those schools out in the cold. I could see USF or FSU/Miami, Ga Tech, UNC, and Va Tech. Unless, Texas and Texas A&M are available. Regardless, something is going to happen and it appears that it may happen soon.
2001 they had the best college team ever
If we are talking natural rivals Ga. Tech fits with UGA, Clemson with USCe and UGA, FSU with Florida plus it's a better fit culturally than Miami and Louisville is a natural rival with UK. Va Tech and UT could form a nice rivalry as well.
However it's about TV so those schools don't seem likely to be the choices.
I'd love to see them both in the SEC, but Miami makes a whole lot more sense from a money standpoint. That south Florida TV market is probably a bigger opportunity than the ATL market which is basically already taken care of by UGA anyway.Disagree.
GT was a charter member of the SEC, and their natural rivalry with UGA makes them a much better fit than Miami.
They'd probably have better luck with Syracuse... but NYC really couldn't care less as a whole about collegiate sports as a whole.

You're talking about 1995 Nebraska, and I think the Canes handle them. You obviously never saw the 1996 Nebraska team play...Hands down the best team I have EVER seen...I am sure UF fans will agree with me on that...In case you missed it here is a flashback to that exciting "Koff" national championship game against the mighty gators First half: YouTube - Gators vs Huskers (1996 Fiesta Bowl- First Half) 2nd half: YouTube - 2nd Half - 96 Fiesta Bowl Huskers vs Gators
