if Banks has coached linebackers I would let Roy Manning coach the backfield and see if we could get better in that position because you could always change it. That’s the good thing about being able to coach multiple positions

Posted this above…Banks has several years of experience coaching LBs. We split the LBs so ILB is a small group and easier for a DC to manage with all of his other duties. We could definitely afford to change things up in the backfield
