Michigan Investigated for Sign Stealing

Yeeaaaaahhhhhhhh

Meeeeechigan is really going to leave the B10 over this. Sure.

I'm sure the AAC is burning up the lines with the Michigan admin. I'm sure the Big House will be full every week with the Wolverines playing Upper Pallookaville St each week.

Tempest in a teapot. Wolverines will lose tomorrow or vs tOSU and this whole scene will become academic until the NCAA levels their punishment on the year 2026.
And we can think that Alabama can get full of themselves. Michigan says hold my beer! Leave the Big10 idea is very entertaining! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sankey should have told a reporter that we have offered Michigan! 😂 Solid gold. Heads exploding. What a missed opportunity.

But, alas, he is too busy using his officiating crews to repress and cheat the teams in his own league in order to get Saban in the playoffs -- by hook or by crook, as the expression has it. Oy, what a world!

That's what they did when Harbaugh was suspended earlier this same season. The OC, who was only suspended one game 😂 at that time, took over play calling iirc. When the OC was not available the QB coach called plays. I don't know who called defenses.Connor Stalions? I am only kidding, but I have seen video of him shouting and signaling in defensive coverages from the sidelines, along with many of his players.
Rumor has it he's banned from America

Per the news, Harbaugh has been suspended for 3 games. The conference laid down the punishment and Michigan has sued to stop it.

The real tell of all of this from Michigan is what they did to Stations. They acknowledged that he did it. They claimed the ridiculous rogue agent defense but yet they suspend him with pay. If the equivalent of equipment mgr defied all of the coaches and put the entire football program and 🏆 aspirations in jeopardy without the knowledge of anyone, they would fire him and escort him off campus under security. They knew if they throw him under the bus, he would do the same.

Yeah well it looks like the entire Big 10 are cheaters. This whole thing keeps taking crazy twists and turns.

Again, nobody has answered me this. If Big Ten teams knew about this September-October of 2022 as reported, why wasn’t this reported until October 2023?

Good point lmao.

No one wanted to give up the gambit but I think people didn’t know how rampant it was either. Conference is a mess!

I don't see what all the fuss is about. We had Jack Sells faxing our offensive playbook to Florida from a Kinkos on the strip many years ago just a few days before the game. He was caught red handed. I think he even had the cops called on him but it's not a crime. The SEC didn't do a darn thing. Not even a "knock it off" or a "don't do that again".

It would have tainted the Big 10 and the CFP and would have probably resulted with only 1 team from the Big 10 in the CFP. They needed to keep it under wraps to not impact their ability to get a team into the CFP.

It would have been wild if the connection to Tennessee and Clemson had surfaced. I think they just buried it as both teams ended up in the CFP.

Somewhat different - in this situation, the defense knew exactly what play was going to be executed in the game.

And it is possible that UM assisted another school (SC) in games against two CFP contenders (Tennessee and Clemson). Do you think that is acceptable? And if yes, then let's just let all the other SEC coaches work together to beat the top teams in the SEC.

UM is coddling Stallions if they treat him without care he'll turn on them and spill the beans he's the main perp and therefore main witness...

I do have a question for y’all.

To keep this from happening again do they go to qb helmet radios like in the NFL

We do trade game tapes with other schools in preparation for future games. Just for the reason that it will enable us to know what plays they are going to run. I'll admit I haven't spent any time reading about Hairball and what he may have been doing. I figured it was a bunch of grad assistants with binoculars scouting future foes. There are many more issues that are far bigger than this so I don't pay much attention to it.

They were hoping to keep him on the payroll as long as possible to make sure he didn’t cave to NCAA investigators, and they are still hoping he won’t, now that they’ve been forced to cut him loose before a full and impartial investigation has been completed. They are total assholes, And I sincerely hope that their program is rendered impotent for at least a generation after this is said and done. Their arrogance has made me believe that they deserve it.

Lol

Both sides blinked. Harbaugh is now cool with the B10 but still has the NCAA to deal with.

Looks like he's basically gonna get away with it for the year and then he gone to the NFL anyway. Oh well, for the first time in my life I will be rooting to tOSU to blow somebody out next week.
