A Syrian asylum seeker is set to be deported from Sweden after a shocking video showed him pushing a 91-year-old woman down a flight of stairs in an attack that is set to reignite the country's debate over migration.

The number of “permanent migrants” travelling to the United Kingdom soared by over 50 per cent in the last year, and it now takes more migrants a year than any other high-income country on earth except the United States.


A new assessment of global migration trends by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the club of developed Western-style economies finds the United Kingdom topped the list for mass migration growth from 2022 to 2023, with the number of permanent migrants arriving “soaring” a colossal 52.9 per cent. The number of arrivals rose from 488,400 in 2022 to 746,900 last year.

Glad theres over 1 Billion firearms in this nation. Should Big Brother get "a little too big for his britches" as my Mom used to say, we have the means to restore the power to the people. Moreso now than ever before.

I have heard people voice fears before about Democrats having the military go door to door trying to forcefully confiscate guns...as someone who comes from a VERY military family (Pappaw, Dad, and little Brother may they all rest in peace) I have never met a member of the military willing to defy the Constitution and betray their fellow Americans like that. In fact, the exact opposite is true. They swear an oath to defend the Constitution from ALL enemies foreign and domestic. They are also generally private gun owners who hold the 2A in a particularly high regard. Other countries may mock Americans as gun crazed idiots, but there is something deeply American about our right to bear arms. It gives us a somewhat hidden strength as a nation that others do not have. Combined with the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans forming a great natural barrier to invasion, the Billion guns in private hands in our country make us unable to be occupied and conquered like other nations. The only way to defeat us fully would be annihilation by nuclear or biological means etc. That strength is uniquely American. Something to be proud of IMO.

Same here. I have spoken to many members of the military and police officers...even a federal agent or two. There is exactly zero desire to confiscate firearms from the people; at least according to the ones I have spoken with.

It is hard to predict the future course of the Germans. Their last militaristic phase ended in disaster and resulted in several generations of people who went to the opposite extreme of helpless pacifism. With the Russian threat growing to the East; there seems to be tithe beginnings of Germany perhaps expanding their military; especially if Trump makes good on his promise of holding NATO member states’ feet to the fire in paying their fair share of defense budgets. Also will be interesting to see if the Conservative AFD Party continues to make gains in upcoming elections. They are not shy about their calls to reduce immigration.

The fall of the Assad regime in Syria has been hailed by globalist leaders, however, there are growing warnings that the instability in the country may lead to a repeat of the migrant crisis that destabalised Europe.

European leaders on Sunday were quick to hail the fall of Assad. French President Emmanuel Macron exclaimed that the “barbaric state has fallen”, while German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that Berlin stands with “all Syrians who are full of hope for a free, just and safe Syria”.

Yet, there is increasing concern that large numbers of Syrians will once again flood into Europe as they did during the European Migrant Crisis of 2015 when the civil war saw many flee the country.
