The only time I'll believe that Gruden is coming to Tennessee is after he signs the contract and he and AD Hart are on the podium telling the press he's our next coach.
Hold your breath until that happens and you'll turn into a smurff, LOL.
VFL...GBO!!!
Never has something been generated out of thin air (his wife was a cheerleader) more than the prospect of gruden being the next coach

Until he says "No", it's not No. The fact that he hasn't said anything at all, makes me think there's something there. If he wasn't interested, he'd use his many forums to publicly say No.
To my knowledge, he hasn't......
I can't reveal my sources but Vince Lombardi is on the list and he has not said no yet. Word is, if the Packers job doesnt come open he will be interested and has been putting a staff together that will interest UT fans for sure. A secondary MOU has been drawn up and will be ready to go the week after the UK game.

His best fit is where he currently works, if you can call what he does work. Millions of $$$ and no head aches. Tennessee, works his tail off 18 hours/day and gets slammed by all the stupid posters on the internet. Current job for life, coaching job for 3-5 years. Hmmmm, and you think he will be our next coach. I will sell you some lake front property in Northern Africa really cheap.
Time will tell on Gruden. I believe there is an extremely good chance it happens despite your Grinch attitude trying to keep UT down in the Ohio Valley Conference. And time is one thing Dooley has very little left of this season. Of course he could use his two timeouts to prolong his stay at UT.

Gruden Claus is coming to town?
Huh, so you're tellin me Tennessee doesn't fit this scenario?Kirk Herbstreit was on a local Atlanta radio show this morning and they asked him wasn't Jon likely to go pro if he got back into coaching . Kirk said not really that Jon had told him it would have to be the right place, meaning the school would have to be willing to give the football team enough resources to compete for National Championships, and the school would have to be capable of competing for Championships with those resources. Now whether Tennessee fits that description is debateable
