Bobo is one of if not the worst OC in the SEC , He will be calling plays against our vaunted Defense ! Huge advantage Tennessee !! ( Thank you coach Tim Banks , coach Rodney Garner and the rest of our defensive staff ) GO Vols !!

And yet Ga beat Texas and Clemson, I'd hold off on the gloating until we beat Ga.

Clemson isn't that great and are we sure Texas is as good as people say they are? UGA is the only real challenge they've faced.
yet both are ranked.. so by all generally accepted metrics both those teams are quite good. They are at least better than 80-90% of other college football teams. Last I checked anything in the 80+ percentile range is good?

Let's be real not all rankings are equal. Do you think Indiana is really the #5 best team in the country?

Nope.. but they are top 10 their record has their ranking bloated.. everyone knows that including them they will prove what they deserve when they play OSU.

Here is the thing people get so stuck on hyperbole that they start believing it beyond all logic. Is every team in the top 25 great? Nope but all of them are good. Compared to the top 3 no the the rest wont look so good but being top 25-30 out of 134 is good. Indiana is a hard call because their record is good but their opponents are not so much, here's the thing they haven't flinched once this year. They have not looked bad once. There are not many other teams that can say that. Even though they beat Michigan by 5 the game was never really in question they have beaten everyone else they played by 14+ points. Nebraska, Washington, Michigan, Michigan State are not great teams this year but they have talent on their rosters. Almost all of Indiana's opponents will be playing in bowl games. Honestly, I'm on the fence here because I want them to play someone very badly to know if they are for real.. they remind me so much of 2022 TCU except with a defense.. that's the thing about that team it's balanced. I would bet against BYU, Army even Boise State losing a game before I would Indiana and none of those have a team left on their schedule close to OSU level.

Stop me if you’ve heard this before… They think he’s too conservative, calls too many screens and isn’t creative running the ball.

Just because you cross a state line doesn’t make the fans any different lol.
We hate Bobo’s scheme because it does not work against defenses with equal or better talent. There is rarely misdirection. He basically does not care if you know what is coming, because he depends on our guys being better than your guys. Unfortunately, this year because of NFL, injuries and suspensions, that is not us.

This is from ESPN. These stats are rough:

"Over the past three games -- defense-driven wins over Texas and Florida and a dire loss to Ole Miss -- the Dawgs have produced just three touchdown drives of more than 36 yards. The defense has set them up beautifully on plenty of occasions, but if left to its own devices, the offense is coming up short.

Over these three games, the Dawgs rank 77th in third-down conversion rate (38.1%), 95th in points per drive (1.8), 101st in percentage of plays gaining 10 or more yards (17.3%), 102nd in percentage of plays gaining zero or fewer yards (10.1%), 121st in yards per play (4.7), 109th in yards per non-sack carry (4.2), 107th in yards per dropback (5.2) and 128th in turnover rate (4.3%)."

Bobo is awful. If we win, it is because of our defense.

I would honestly be more worried about the other side of the ball. I have said it and I'll continue to say it, defense and run game travels. I'm more worried about our offense giving them more opportunities than the Vols defense. Pick six either way changes this game, it could change any game but this game is going to be close. It could be the difference in winning or losing, honestly. I don't care the yardage we put up, I care about TOP and TOs this game. We control those two things, I think this game is our's for the taking

Banks would’ve been fired way before this year if half these chuckle heads had anything to do with it.
