Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

MS-13 Gang Member Used Chickenpox-Infected Toddler for Fake Family Claim

An MS-13 gang member utilized an 18-month-old girl with chickenpox to make a fraudulent migrant family claim to gain entry into the U.S., federal officials said.

El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents found a migrant with a small child he allegedly claimed to be his daughter. The child was determined to be infected with chickenpox, according to information obtained from El Centro Sector Border Patrol officials.

Further investigation, including a biometric background investigation, revealed the man to have ties to the MS-13 gang. Investigators also determined the little girl is not the child of the man attempting to make a family migrant claim, officials tweeted.
Fraudulent family claims by migrants attempting to exploit U.S. immigration laws are being discovered in increasing numbers, Breitbart News reported.

Forget wife swapping; child swapping is the thing for asylum excursions. Women have a better chance at getting through the gate than unattached gang members, so swap the kid for "protection", and problem solved for both.

They’re still keeping up the “this was all agreed to before” mantra. Well why the hell wasnt it in effect then and how come it got done within a week of the tariff threat? 🤷‍♂️

The Trump opposition and probably Mexico don't want to lose face or admit Trump has accomplished what they wouldn't or could't. So now it was a done deal (not by Trump we'd have to suppose) or it didn't need to be done in the first place.

Border Patrol agents working near Roma came upon a Mexican national who had allegedly crossed illegally from his home country. Agents found the 53-year-old man hiding in the brush with a “homemade gasoline bomb,” Valley Central CBS4 reported this week.

Authorities told the news outlet that agents found Joel Salinas Garcia, a Mexican national, with a glass container filled with gasoline and a cloth stuffed in the top of the bottle, the news outlet reported. Officials said the situation could have turned deadly.

Public records obtained by the local CBS affiliate indicate Garcia has a history of at least two arrests for illegal entry into the U.S., the article stated.

Sounds like our agents need to carry matches that they can toss when they don't feel like lighting a smoke.

Can’t find any mention of this on CNN mobile fir some reason. 🤷‍♂️

Mexico releases full text of migration agreement that Trump inadvertently flashed to cameras

The June 7 deal will require migrants moving to the border via Mexico to seek asylum there, and for Mexico to identify changes in domestic law to implement the agreement, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The agreement also calls for discussions to establish “definitive terms for a binding bilateral agreement to further address burden-sharing and the assignment of responsibility for processing refugee status claims of migrants.”

The language is close to that of a “safe third country” agreement that the U.S. has been seeking that means migrants entering Mexico apply for asylum there rather than the U.S. Mexico has resisted such a designation.

If they get a safe third country agreement it’s game over for all migrants from all countries but Mexico. Good.

State Department cuts new funds to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, pending immigration fixes

The State Department announced Monday it will cut new foreign aid to the "Northern Triangle" countries -- Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador -- unless their governments take "concrete action" to stem the flow of migrants towards the United States.

The aggressive move came less than two weeks after the Trump administration reached a last-minute deal with Mexico, which called for the country's deployment of more troops to its own southern border and tighter asylum protocols. The U.S. and Mexico reached the accord shortly before the White House was set to impose a series of escalating tariffs on its southern neighbor.

However, the latest plans showed roughly $370 million from the fiscal year 2018 budget will no longer be spent on the Northern Triangle and approximately $185 million in funding from the 2017 budget will be withheld, at least for now.

Donald Trump Revives ‘No Welfare’ Rule in Green Cards Process

President Donald Trump is shaking up the nation’s green card process by warning legal immigrants and citizens not to recklessly “sponsor” foreigners who cannot pay their way in the United States.

The warning reflects the White House’s emphasis on curbing the award of green cards and citizenship to unskilled and poor migrants who will burden Americans by consuming more government aid and welfare than they produce in taxes.

Under prior presidents, including Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush, migrants in the United States have been allowed to freely apply for green cards via the “Adjustment of Status” process.

This “AoS” process is a continuous, unrecognized amnesty because it gives green cards to roughly 550,000 people each year, including many illegals and people who overstay their legal visas. Illegals also use the AOS process to get temporary work permits. In 2018, for example, 257,376 work permits were handed out to a variety of people who applied for AOS.

One of the few curbs on the AOS amnesty is a requirement that applicants find a sponsor who will repay the taxpayers for any aid and welfare consumed by the AOS applicant. This curb, however, is unused because officials rarely require the sponsors to repay taxpayers when the would-be immigrants do not earn enough wages to stay off welfare.

But officials will now enforce the sponsorship rule, says Ken Cuccinelli, the new head of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. On June 14, he issued a warning statement on Twitter (emphasis added):
