Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

Humane, Orderly? Border Photos Show Human Disaster Amid Overflowing Toilets

The crush of 210,000 illegal immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border in July (the second-highest in history) has led to a human disaster at multiple crossing points, according to photos provided by the former acting commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Morgan provided Secrets with photos of several crossing points that showed thousands of migrants shoved under bridges in 100-degree heat awaiting processing, cages full of illegal immigrants, and disgusting bathroom facilities.

La Raza has Changed Its Name but Don’t Be Fooled: It’s Still a Sick, Racist Group

Last July, the National Council of La Raza changed its name to UnidosUS. The switch failed to draw much news coverage but it holds significance for American taxpayers.

Cecilia Muñoz served as National Council of La Raza vice president before the Obama administration tapped her for White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. In 2011, PBS interviewed her for its “Frontline” documentary Lost in Detention, which contended that under the Obama administration “deportations and detentions have reached record levels” and “families have been unfairly separated.”

EXCLUSIVE: Mexico Abandons Border State Immigration Checkpoints near Texas

Mexican authorities abandoned at least two immigration checkpoints along the busiest highway used by cartel-linked human smugglers to reach the Texas border. The abandoned posts were revealed as U.S. authorities report record-setting numbers of migrant apprehensions in South Texas.

Breitbart Texas obtained exclusive access to a Mexican federal memo that revealed since early June, agents with the National Migration Institute (INM) were removed from the checkpoint in Cadereyta, along the highway that connects the Monterrey metropolitan area with the border city of Reynosa. Additionally, Breitbart Texas discovered that INM officials stopped manning their checkpoint south of Reynosa along the same highway. In the past, INM agents, along with Mexico’s National Guard and Nuevo Leon State Police, inspected vehicles traveling north for migrants in the country illegally.

During the month of July, Breitbart Texas took several trips along that highway to document the lack of law enforcement presence at both checkpoints. The two stations have tents and trailers that the agents would use while manning the checkpoints.

Texas border city is forced to turn its Nature Trail into Open Air Tent CITY for 1,000 migrants - including Newborn Babies - as charities run out of beds and illegal border crossings surge to highest level in 21 years

  • Mayor Villalobos called the situation 'dire,' saying: 'The numbers went from 500 to 600 a day. Soon afterwards, 1,000 a day. And then an excess of 1,500'
Border patrol agents have turned a Texas park into a temporary tent city as officials are working to find shelter for approximately 1,000 migrants, including newborn babies, who have been released from U.S. custody.

McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos issued a disaster declaration ten days ago as local officials scrambled to house the growing number of migrants seeking legal asylum in the U.S.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) dropped off a record-breaking 11,026 migrants in the city last week, CBS News reported. The US recorded more than 212,000 illegal crossings in July, it was revealed Thursday - the first time that figure had topped 200,000 in 21 years.

About 1,000 others have been placed in quarantine in churches, private buildings owned by charities and hotel rooms.

Now, the city is facing the issue of not having enough housing options for the migrants.

'I did not have enough rooms to place new families in isolation,' Sister Norma Pimentel, executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, said.

Texas Border Town seeing 'record-breaking' numbers of Stash Houses of Migrants Evading Border Patrol

AUSTIN, Texas — More than 5,000 illegal immigrants have been discovered inside stash houses around Laredo, Texas, since last fall, according to local authorities, an indication of how many are evading Border Patrol agents at the United States-Mexico border and getting away.

Since President Joe Biden took office in January, the number of migrants encountered illegally coming across the border has reached a 21-year high. Laredo has seen an increase in the number of people who are sneaking past law enforcement on the border and making it to stash houses where smugglers hold their human cargo before moving them further into the country, according to Laredo Mayor Pete Saenz.

Federal and local enforcement have busted 247 homes, apartments, and trailers in the south-central part of the state since October 2020, the start of fiscal year 2021, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which is the parent agency of Border Patrol. In that time, 5,379 people have been rescued from inside the stash houses, an 800% increase compared to last year, Saenz said.

California Border Patrol Agents Fired Upon from Mexico while detaining Migrants in mountain range

Border Patrol agents in a California mountain range were fired upon from Mexico while taking a group of migrants found illegally entering the country into custody last week – another instance of violence against U.S. immigration officers at the border, yet no arrests have been made.

The barrage of bullets was unleashed on agents arresting a group of undocumented immigrants, about two miles east of the Otay Mesa gatehouse and approximately 250 yards north of the international border. As agents escorted the group to their vehicles, they heard gunfire and gunshots heading toward the area where they were, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said.

Texas Sheriff’s Deputies Rescue Suffocating Migrants from U-Haul Truck

RefugioRescue-640x480.jpg

On Monday, a dispatcher working for the Refugio County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) answered two 911 emergency calls coming from a local convenience store. The distressed callers described cries for help and banging noises coming from the back of a U-Haul cargo rental truck.

Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched and located the truck. The deputies found 34 migrants trapped inside the cargo compartment. According to the RCSO deputies, the passengers were suffering from severe dehydration and risked suffocation. The rear of the truck was extremely hot and unventilated, affording the migrants little air to breathe.

The group of 34 migrants consisted of mostly adult males, but the deputies noted some minors in tow. Due to the condition of the migrants, RCSO deputies summoned their county EMS and Volunteer Fire Department. The deputies also called for law enforcement backup and medical assistance from neighboring Victoria County.

Obama-Appointed Judge: Prosecuting Previously Deported ‘Latinx’ Illegal Aliens Is Unconstitutional, ‘Racist’

The federal law that criminalizes illegal reentry to the United States is unconstitutional because it is “racist” against “Latinx” illegal aliens, a federal judge ruled on Wednesday.

Judge Miranda Du, appointed by former President Obama in 2012, ruled in favor of a previously deported illegal alien from Mexico, Gustavo Carrillo-Lopez, who filed a motion to dismiss an indictment against him for illegal reentry, claiming it is discriminatory.

Federal Judge Blocks Biden admin's ICE Rules That Narrowed Illegal Immigrant Arrest Priorities

The rules in February limited ICE to targeting recent border crossers, security threats and aggravated felons.

BREAKING: A federal judge on Thursday imposed a preliminary injunction on the Biden administration’s rules for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers significantly narrowing the categories of illegal immigrants being targeted for arrest and deportation – a ruling that marks the latest legal blow to the Biden administration's immigration policies.

Judge Drew Tipton ruled that the policy was in violation of congressional mandates, and that Louisiana and Texas, who filed the lawsuit, were likely to succeed in their claim that the policy violated the Administrative Procedures Act (APA.)
