"U.S. Representative Andy Ogles (R-TN-05) introduced a bill on Wednesday to enshrine the ability for banks and financial institutions to consider the immigration status of individuals seeking credit or accounts. The legislation follows a joint press release from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) which warned financial institutions that considering immigration status could “run afoul” of federal civil rights laws and regulations.

Ogles’ office said in a press release that his bill “would ensure financial institutions are able to consider immigration status when opening credit lines and accounts” in direct response to the CFPB and DOJ press release.

The policy press release was met with skepticism from conservatives, with Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning writing, “In the Biden fantasy land, it makes sense to flood the country with more than five million illegal aliens many of which operate in a black market economy, but compel financial institutions to risk their financial stability providing credit.”

Mexican Cops Step Aside as New Migrant ‘Poverty’ Caravan Moves North​

Mexican authorities stood down any efforts to contain a new migrant caravan that embarked this week from the southern part of Mexico. Authorities are currently escorting the groups and providing crowd control.

Calling themselves the Poverty Exodus (Exodo de la Pobreza), the caravan, which is made up of more than 6,000 migrants, left the city of Tapachula, Chiapas, on Christmas Eve. The caravan is making its way north. In various parts of the journey, the migrants waved a banner with the caravan’s name and carried a white cross. Members of the group made public claims that their goal was to reach the United States for economic reasons.

During various parts of the journey, Mexico’s National Guard members escorted the caravan and helped with crowd control and traffic control as the group moved north toward Mexico City. INM officials revealed to Breitbart Texas that they had been told to accompany the caravan to avoid issues but not to try to detain or interfere with the movement. Officials claim that once the caravan reaches Mexico City, it will likely disband as migrants will find their own means of transportation.

EXCLUSIVE: Migrants, Asylum Seekers Continue Using Airplanes to Reach Texas Border​


Groups of Central American and Caribbean migrants continue to use commercial flights from Mexico City to border cities like Reynosa, where, after paying a fee to immigration officials, they are released to cartel-connected human smugglers to continue their journey.

Breitbart Texas spoke with high-ranking INM officials who revealed that migrants can board airplanes and buses if they have the right type of permit and identification documents. However, those documents take months to process if done the traditional way.

An INM whistleblower revealed that for a cash fee of $2,000 to $3,000 USD, migrants are given the various needed documents within 48 hours.

“They can even have their relatives in the U.S. wire the money to bank accounts, and some of the agents also use Cash App,” the official said, adding that the practice is systemic, with field agents giving a portion of the money up the chain of command. “That is just the way it has been done and continues to be done.”

Once migrants are given the needed permits, they can fly or take buses to border cities like Reynosa, Matamoros, Tijuana, and others as they try to reach the U.S. border to request asylum, usually under claims of credible fear. Migrants usually use VivaAerobus, a low-cost commercial airline where one-way flights cost approximately $70 USD.

I think it has many reasons, one of which is to destabilize the West. Another of which is for when war breaks out with China. They will offer these migrants citizenship in exchange for joining the military.
