Just as likely I would say.I’m not arguing. Just asking questions. That so far you haven’t answered. Would she have been pushed if she had stayed in the stands where fans belong?
I don’t know is a legitimate answer because no one in fact does know. If you want to get into hypotheticals, she could have stayed in the stands and been assaulted after the game in the parking lot for all we know. The point of the matter is rather if she shouldn’t have been on the field, Burton is still in control of his actions. He chose to put his hands on people instead of walking away like the rest of the Alabama players. Not blaming anyone. Just asking if she would have been pushed had she stayed in the stands where fans belong. Simple yes or no question but nobody will answer it. "I don't know????"

It has absolutely everything to do with where she was. No player from either team could have pushed her had she stayed in the stands where fans belong. To argue otherwise is inane.Just as likely I would say.
Location doesnt matter. Like that NFL player tackling a fan during the game getting charged. It's not Burton's job to police the fans. Doesnt mean charges should stick on either case, just saying it doesnt make them right if someone else is wrong.
He chose to hit one lady. One. He made a choice. It had nothing to do with where she was, except that she was alone where she was.

That is exactly what he’s implying. Case closed, jury adjourned.By continually asking the question on if she had stayed in the stands “where fans belong” it objectively comes across as victim blaming. After all, if she had decided to stay in the stands like she was supposed to then nothing would have happened to her, correct?
