Uh, yes. Yes they did. .
Really? In the week after ...Liar!
For several months after the 9/11 attacks, no one, nor any group, claimed responsibility for the attacks

Niece of Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah began tweeting about the MAS MH370 flight around 10am morning when she said not a good way to wake up. My heart beats so fast when I heard the news. Pray for everyone for everyone on board. #MH370.
She later tweeted praying to God asking Him to protect her Uncle Zaharie, the cabin crew and passengers
She also retweeted a relative saying phatanchovy: Allahuakbar My heart sank when I saw Uncles name. Ya Allah, please protect Uncle, the cabin crew and passengers. Ya Allah.

Several months? Here is a shot of Rangers jumping into Afghanistan in Oct 2001 (Operation Rhino). I had people deployed within 2 weeks after 9/11. I had a WO call me just after 10pm local time(I was stationed in Japan) and told me to turn on the news as "they did it." I knew exactly who he was referring to.
Don't call me a liar.

Wait, she tweeted: "God is great. My heart sank when I saw my Uncle's name. My dear God, please protect Uncle, the cabin crew and passengers. My dear God".
Definitely terrorism and she was definitely in on it.
You'd be surprised. Many international flights, especially long trips over water don't make a lot of transmissions and only report when required.
I guess I would.
In an age where we can track the location and activity of hundreds of millions of phones, it's hard to believe a large commercial plane would simply "vanish."
Phone's?
Family members state when they call someone that was on the plane their phones ring. Don't smart phones have GPS? That can be located?

The rings are probably just trying to establish a connection, and not clicking over.
And no, the GPS on your phone work when its submerged in the Western Pacific.
You're missing the point, TP. These cell phones were terrorist bomb proof. That means these families (Muslims, all of them) are in on it.
This thread turned into Jesse Ventura meets Brad Meltzer meets David Duke once Foghorn Leghorn and his posse showed up. It was actually interesting up until that point.
Actually, not entirely so. The Muslims have found a way of opening a wormhole through space-time into another dimension where they are holding the aircraft passengers hostage. Due to a fluke in the technology, the cell signals can still reach out to the parallel dimension through the still open wormhole, but of course the passengers won't be allowed to answer as they are hostages.
My take on this.
