Missing Malaysia Airlines Jet

If you are an owner or general manager who allows your staff to consume beverage alcohol during the scope of their employment—i.e., “drinking on the job”—you ought to be taken outside and shot!

Okay, that may be an exaggeration.
But when you carefully examine this issue, allowing your staff to drink on the job is the ultimate act of stupidity, irresponsibility, and disrespect for the welfare of your employees and your business. Owners and managers must protect their business from potential lawsuits, and allowing your employees
to drink while they work leaves you wide open. You’re taking the chance of losing it all.

Legally, if there are damages or injury to a third party and you were involved in the situation in any way—and it was known that you were under the influence of alcohol at the time—your company and you have no reasonable defense. You just lost the case! You probably don’t have enough money to defend yourself in this kind of situation.

So sayeth the resident big government supporter.

Lol well well well

One more note before I forget. Your bartender is NOT ALLOWED to drink on the job. A bartender who is drinking on the job can open the bar up to a lot more liability. The TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) rules very clearly state "No employee will drink alcoholic beverages while working."

I guess the law can eat shrimpdick?

The plane this pilot was in charge of is missing and ether crashed or LANDED some where.

If he had his sim set up to practice landings on remote short runways ..you damm right that's relevant!

Wow! You just might be on to something here. Amazing how you've eliminated all other possibilities!!!

Again, you are making the foolish assumption that anyone in the service industry goes by the book.

When someone walks up to me with a group and orders a a round of well shots, and I say "let me make you some ciroc melon shots instead. I've been working on em. Take them with me."

They really enjoy the shot, they come back to my well next round, and (most importantly) spend 3x more than they originally intended.

Some good memories of being smashed with bartenders both during work and when they closed up and kept the lights on.
