Mississippi State Postgame Report

Judging a point guard six games into a 30 game season is not ignorance? Sorry 8 games.

No, after ETSU was 11 games. And again, for the last time, I told you, that I said it was going to cost them a postseason berth because of the play BEFOREHAND. NOT AFTERHAND. Now, I'm done with this conversation.

So your saying your statement had nothing to do with the games that were to be played just the ones that were played?

Maybe you should put that following your sentence telling about how terrible he is.

I've explained it three times to you.

If you didn't think Trae Golden was playing bad during Duke-ETSU, then I don't know what to tell you.

Really? Really? Six games into the season? You want to check what game the ETSU game was? And again, I told you this, but you chose not to read, that I was talking about previous games, because our PG play hurt in 3 or 4 losses. Geesh.

So our PG does hurt.

Regardless, those were 3 games that actually were played. Even if you didn't count them, that would be 13 games we've played this season, not 8.

Who played the best in your opinion during the duke game?

Trae played decent during the Duke, but really hurt us defensively.

Maymon was horrible. Tatum played well. McRae took too many bad shots.

Why?

You just said he played bad five post above this. This provides me with all the proof I need. You change your mind like a girl does about which shoe she wants to wear.

Get this.
I haven't been able to get the final boxscore yet, so went to Gametracker.
According to it, we out rebounded them and had more pts in the paint.
Can that be right?

He did. He played decent offensively, but really hurt us defensively and struggled with the ball pressure of Duke. Overall, bad game.

Seriously, let it freakin go.

See you left this out of your last post. You change your story to fit your case.

missed opportunities:
1. 3 on 1 break -2nd half
2. Woolridge (all-alone) under the basket in 1st half.
3. McBee hitting the 3 that was negated because golden
either stepped OB or his bounce pass hit the line.
4. layups and point blank misses - too many to name

AND did anyone see the bs call at the end of the womens game @ co-rupt arena?
just total bs with the officials tonight.

and Bost is a thug. I really don't think they go far - to much one on one - a good team will punish them - they only beat us at home playing 8 on 5 by 4.

This is killing me...we're 8-8. 16 games. Where is "8 games into the season" coming from?

After the ETSU game, I said Golden has played really bad and his PG will cost this team a postseason bid, because we left 3-4 games on the table (Pitt, Memphis, Austin Peay, Oakland) that we should have won with decent point guard play. Then after Memphis I said Golden has played better and this random poster keeps stalking me to talk about this "changing of the mind" and that's the only time he comes in the b-ball forum. Kinda creepy.

So what I have got from all of this.. Golden is our best player, but he costs us most of our losses, but he plays decent, but he plays really good, but he will also keep us from the postseason.
