'24 MO DL Williams Nwaneri (Mizzou commit)

They are confident, but nothing definite. They were also confident in Wingo, but not so much anymore. I'm a UT fan, but have some Georgia friends that are usually spot on.
I said months ago that we should beat UGA at WR, but DL is a less clear advantage for us, despite Garner.

i cannot wait until we start another 7-8 year run on you pups. I took it for granted at the time, but back in 2000's - until the hobnail boot - we owned choir boy

By choir boy are you talking about Richt? The Hobnail Boot was Richt's first year. We never owned Richt, we were 5-10 against him. We were 9-1 against Goff and Donnan.

This very well could end up being an Oklahoma vs. Georgia battle, with the Sooners ahead right now, but over the coming days the five-star defensive end will see Missouri and Georgia, which could help reshape his recruitment.

It’s crucial for Mizzou coach Eli Drinkwitzto keep players such as Nwaneri home, although there are built-in challenges going up against the back-to-back national champs and the Sooners, who landed teammate Cayden Green last cycle.

so he is visiting UGA again after going last week? Hmmmm

If he's going back again this weekend he must have found a Lacey Pearl Earps-Bryce Brown situation down there.

No mention of Tennessee?

Shiiiiiiiii

They were. I preferred them over scout. But I was also a teenager that wasn’t going to pay for a recruiting site, and liked the readability and modernity of rivals website.
I used to pay #$9.99, and could only afford to piss in a pot.

Back when making $17-20K could let ya really live the High Life.

Looks like this one is trending UGA. Give me Franklin and an outside chance at Ross
How are people rushing to this conclusion? Did we not think the number one DL in USA wouldnt go without a fight with other schools?

He may end up at GA. But he's been here and likes TN.

Word is this recruitment will go the distance.

People need to get some facts straight here. I see a lot of misinformation or false guesses and rumor mongering.

Nwaneri has close relatives that live in ATL. Nwaneri's family was supposed to travel to see some of their relatives this weekend that live in ATL, and UGA knowing this has been trying very hard to get him and his family to swing by Athens for a quick unofficial while they are in ATL already. Obviously his family decided they weren't going to go down to ATL this weekend, and at the last minute, Nwaneri decided to pop in to Mizzou instead since they stayed home. His family is still thinking about going to ATL in the next few weeks still. UGA is hoping this happens and is still trying to get them to stop by Campus for a few hours if they end up coming to ATL.

Just gotta wait and see how this unfolds.

He gets one visit to Georgia and the entire recruiting world thinks he’s automatically going to go there same with what happened to Wingo. We just have to wait and see. Last I remember reading from our insiders it was still an OU/Tennessee battle.

It’s just like that around here when it comes to UGA. I mean a recruit coild publicly say TN is the leader for me. But if he takes a visit to UGA, then according to some he is automatically going there. I think whomever he commits to, that school is gonna have to fight hard to keep him.

@Austin_Price seems to be the word out there now is that Nwaneri will be deciding in July between OU and UGA are you hearing the same?
Imo TN has done about as much as they can do. At the end of the day the kid has to want to be here. Nobody is blinking at a defensive guy who wants to play in Athens
