It did factor in, but I don’t remember where they had him. 247 put out a memo on how they would factor in their rankings when they took them over but I don’t remember how they did itDid Scout count in the composite back then? I wonder what Phillips was ranked by them in 2015? It had to be low to keep him from being a composite 5*, one would think. He was a 4*, #70 nationally on espn...5*, #32 on Rivals...and, 5*, #21 on 247.
When have they ever been relevant apart from a year or 2 with Spurrier? And we still beat them. While one could argue this is true, when has USCe brand ever been relevant?

The main reactions are the same as VN reactions when someone else leads.
“We’re behind on NIL”
“Who would want to live there”
“We just need to get him here again and get some wins”
(insert people throwing around money gifs)
Talking with marbles in one's mouth whilst exiting a 60 year old convenience store with bars on windows, in uptown Columbia.I’ve lived in Charleston since I graduated from TN in 2007. I travel al over the state for work. There is about a 150 square mile stretch of this state worth a damn and the rest is very Miss'ipi.
My great great grandfather was in the 1st regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry a union outfit. And they've been on a roll ever since. Most backwards State in the Union (NE TN was pro Union).

Aside from the “elephant in the room,” I’m proud to be considered a “Deep South state.” Maybe it’s just me….Tennessee has made huge improvements as a state since 2010 to separate themselves from South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana etc. Don’t understand that poster in their board
