'24 MO WR Ryan Wingo (Texas commit)

Apparently chatter that Ohio St commit Jeremiah Smith will flip to UGA. Might be good news for UT for Wingo and Amari Jefferson. UGA can't take like 10 receivers. They are the leaders for Micah Hudson, Mike Matthews and Zion Ragins, and then already have 2 WR commits. So it's a numbers game where I don't think Jefferson is a take for them if they flip Smith and I think they can only get either Wingo or Mike Matthews, not both.

They don't lead for Matthews right now. He's likely leaving the state.

I don’t think you get anything for the next level up either so don’t feel left out!
Maybe if you got more out of it, more people would sign up. I think 1 autograph a quarter would be fair for $5 dollars a month. It doesn't have to be the top player but $15 dollars for a small signed print seems reasonable.

They don't lead for Matthews and are recruiting him as a DB.

And yet, as soon as Bobo left UGA we beat them two years in a row. I'm just saying y'all got short memories. We were glad to be shut of him when he left there and their defense was way, way worse at that time than it is now. If they rehire Brian Schottenheimer or James Coley I'll talk all kinds of shid but Bobo was pretty good there before.
I just think you should get off his tip. I know you think you’re ‘keeping it real’, but that record was during one of the lower points of Tennessee football history. Doesn’t seem like that’s where we are now. Besides not hard to perform well when you’re getting the best talent. Way more impressive than working with a stacked roster

I just don't see what profit there is in not being honest about the past. What I said was they averaged 41.3 points per game his last year as OC there, and that's true. I also said we were glad to see him go at that time, and with good reason as it turned out, since they dropped to 26.3 points per game the very next year when he was gone. So, he had a lot of talent (Todd Gurley and what not)? Okay well, he recruited that talent too, that's part of the equation. I don't think he's as good as Monken, nor as good as our offensive coaching, but it's stupid to think he's their version of Randy Sanders based on how he performed when he was there before.

It’s as if people are confusing the Bobo hire with Alabama’s OC hire, which actually does raise an eyebrow.

I think we’re all just glad Monken is gone.
