What's even more telling is how little we know about him, yet it seems whenever he actually deviates from his "hope and change" drivel his foot somehow ends up directly in his mouth. Just some advice for Obama, keep your wife away from the media! I listened to some clips from a radio interview she did and she seems like a very bitter person to me.
bitter...really? about what? :dunno:
I think you are making his intentions way more malicious. I've said a lot of stuff about Obama. I think he has a load of people so confused and his followers are so violent in his defense, it's not natural.
I'm just saying, you're very loud about calling him a liar! When I think what he did was just say words making people think "What? Is he really?" and of course he is not but still, it's not a big deal.
In fact the candidates themselves lie on each other everyday, what's the diff?
If there was a Muslim candidate out there, who promoted policy views that I shared, I would vote for the candidate...regardless of our war against radical Islam.
Also, while there was a question mark involved, it was most definitely a statement...and, meant to be one.
So, you really think that his intentions were just to have people to ask the question...and not to plant the seed that he is a islamic fanatic .. or is at least sympathetic to them?
If you believe in freedom and democracy, then this isn't even possible. Muslims are governed by and sworn to Sharia law, which is not compatible with the freedoms that we enjoy in this country. A true Muslim will not support freedom and democracy.
As is with most religions, it is all in how you interpret the doctrine. Many Muslim scholars will tell you that interpreting Sharia law as being incompatible with democracy is inaccurate.
There are a few who will tell you that. They are probably already on a list somewhere and will probably lose various body parts for insulting Islam in such a way. More importantly, it doesn't matter what is said. Actions speak much louder than words.
