Good boy, way to admit you clearly know nothing about basketball.

thats all to see here, just proving your knowledge once again, or lack there of i should say.

dont worry this will get bumped every game from here on out.

Come on bleeding... This is the smart ass stuff that makes a lot of people not care for you on here.

thats fine. when altidore learns to be respectful and not jump on me for showing what mcrae could do in extended minutes i wont call him out.

there was no reason for him to jump on me and pretty much tell me my projections were stupid, when clearly they have turned out to be dead accurate.

And just for fun.. Where did I say it wouldnt work? All I said was that it would be impossible to know until it happened. Congrats on your skill of twisting words. Now get back in your hole.

and it's even more unlikely to happen if he were to suddenly jump from 20-25 minutes to 30-35 minutes. The only benefit I can see this late in the season is to get him ready to play those minutes next year.

you say it is UNLIKELY to happen.

then go on to say the ONLY BENEFIT is that it'll get him ready for next year.

yes clearly that has been the only benefit him playing 30 minutes has had on this team. they clearly arent playing any better.

Wow that first paragraph sounds like a diary entry of a 13 year old girl. You come on Volnation for respect? Go do something productive in society and maybe your real-life acquaintances will respect you. Now go fetch me some more stats Adolf.

Getting back on topic, looked like Tatum and McRae played well (from just the boxscore). Tatum may have played badly, but I'll take over a 1:1 assist to TO ratio from him. Both rebounded really well, which is huge. McRae had a good scoring night and Tatum didn't force anything shooting-wise.

I'm going to watch the game later, but if someone wants to correct me based on how the game looked, I'd appreciate it.

Still not seeing where I said it wouldn't happen? And the team is winning just like it was when he played 25 minutes. But I won't hurt your self-confidence any more so great job burning!!! You are the most intelligent poster on Volnation!! I personally think you know more about basketball than any person on this board you are like a smarter version of Phil Jackson. You are a superb stat keeper as well. Keep up the great work chum!

Nope pretty accurate. Solid game from both. We play better when they have good performances.

simply admitting you were wrong, and that i was spot on with my projections would have done, but i'll take the comparison to phil.

:hi:

now go do the dishes before skylar gets home.

honestly golden was pretty bad outside the 21 points, everyone played pretty well.

1 ast to 6 to is disturbing.

Something that's always bothered me about human beings is their need to put the blame on some one when things go wrong.
We need scape goats at work, in government and in sports.
Basketball is a team sport.
If you need a scape goat for the Alabama loss, put the blame where it belongs.
Alabama scored 19 points off of 17 turnovers. We lost by 12.
11 of those turnovers came from our best 2 players, Maymon and Golden. Tatum had one, skylar as usual had none.
Every turnover is a potential 4-6 point reversal in scoring.
You lose a possession and give one to your opponent.
Takeaway 11 turnovers and replace them with just a few points for those 11 possessions and you win the game.
Tatum's not the problem.
exactly. Bout time someone used a little common sense to figure it out.

That's what I was thinking looking at the boxscore. Looked like Tatum was PG-ish with the assists.

Also, thanks to Altidore too for letting me know.

I know tons of people have said this already, but both of you would be better posters if you stopped arguing with each other/random other people. I already think everything you say other than the arguing stuff is good, but it would be great if you didn't argue. TIFWIW, JMO, etc.

i will definitely try...

yea golden played bad as a pg, but played good offensively, i guess you'll get games like that from a sg in his first year at pg.

hopefully just part of the learning process.

Unless I blacked out, was it not you who brought this thread back to life with some sort of idiotic post about how you were some basketball guru? Just give it up kid who honestly really cares if you were right or wrong?

I'll go ahead and admit now I just enjoy showing up and stirring the pot sometimes. Guess there's some people who you just can't mess with without hurting their feelings. Oh well.
