Most Obnoxious Fan Bases

I agree with the post about WVU. That's the worst place I've ever seen a game. I would have to argue about VT, though. Ohio has played there twice in the past 5 years and we thought the fans were great. As an Ohio fan I'm neither a fan of Ohio State or Michigan, but would have to saythat Michigan folks are far worse. Even outside of football - they think they are so much better than everyone. If you've spent anytime around Michigan people you would understand. OSU fans are obnoxious, but at least they're not snobs about it. I would consider adding Penn State to that list, as well.

I was raised in the Midwest and live on the east coast now, so I don't have a lot of interaction with SEC fans. I have a friend who lives in Georgia who can't stand UGA fans. I guess I'll find out in a couple of months about Tennessee fans!

Michigan fans act more snobby than OSU fans because the longest word in their vocabulary isn't "jealous" and they don't rely heavily on "hater" in normal conversation.

Why? You know they are gonna get a beat down nearly every year in their big game (Michigan doesn't count). It's hilarious.

My brother in law is going to OSU,but even before that, you have to be around their fans. They never lose....they were cheated..etc. I love seeing them lose, especially to an SEC team. Hell, I can't wait till Rich Rod brings Michigan up a notch to beat them as well.

georgia should at least get an honorable mention on that list. also, lsu fans aren't as obnoxious as they are drunk and stupid, but i guess that goes hand in hand.

Georgia fans aren't that bad. Do they trash talk? Yea. But so do we.

I start talking craziness about the SEC and tOSU and the first thing every one brings up is how Tennessee cheated against them by wearing longer spikes on their cleats.

Dude. They are some of the worst. They were cheering for Jason Allen's injury, which at the time looked like a possible career-ender. And that's really a drop in the barrel compared to the barking and the way they act after a victory.

You and I must have gone there at different times. I might look at things differently, considering half of my family are Georgia fans.

I've been to a ton of UT-UGA games. I'd put them no lower than #3 worst in the SEC. Rather than act cordial after a victory they'll ask you to thank them for not shutting you out. And no, I'm not exaggerating. These are UGA students I'm talking about.

So what? We are frickin' rivals. This isn't a competitive tea party. This is big boy college football.

Good job shutting him up AxJax. You sure are smart.

The worst fans are those deluded Vandy fans. God, did you see how rowdy they got after they beat UT a few years back. One of those guys actually funneled three Smirnoff Ices at one time. Freaking crazy obnoxious asses those guys are.

I didn't beg anyone to leave me alone. It would be beneficial for everyone if you just stayed in the football forum, 1TP.

That's funny. It seems to me that it would be beneficial to everyone if you disappeared for good this time.

Have you ever noticed that every thread in which you participate becomes a huge pile of ****?

Yeah, I have, 1TP. Ever thought it might be planned that way?

I'm pretty sure my name is in the most sigs on the site.
I'd rather be everywhere than be an obscure poster.

I guess you could call it the Lane Kiffin effect.

Have a nice day, and don't take the interwebz too seriously, 1TP. :hi:

I just thought you might realize that your internet hero doesn't get the same response you do. And trust me on this one, the only reason you are not obscure is because you are an unrelenting dumbass. Good luck getting that nickname to stick, junior.

What nickname? 1TP?

This sounds an awful lot like the numerous Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Arky honks when Lane Kiffin is brought up.

There are intelligent members of each fanbase that recognize Lane Kiffin could be a threat in the SEC. There is no such support for you.
