Most physically painful thing you have ever experienced?

1) Divorce
2) Broken left wrist @ 13
3) Multiple wasp stings @ age 10

There is an enormous gap between number one and the other two.

divorce can be a relief too. Living with someone that you constantly argue with is the biggest mental pain I went through. I had tears of joys when I got divorced.

Eye surgery, it was a living hell.! I layed awake as the Doc put a needle in my eye trying to reattach my retina.. (Better than being a bama fan though)..

My wife has eye issues caused by her lupus. One kept swelling shut, and I forget exactly what they were doing, but they stuck a needle into her eyeball without anything to numb it. I wanted to lunch the Dr for her. I couldn't do it.

My Mom has lupus and it's given her kidney disease. You can tell when she's having a flare up,her eye or eyes are bloodshot.

Yea, my wife has kidney problems. Seems like if one thing gets ok, something else goes bad. Prayers for your mom.

Having a toenail removed isn't fun either. 5 needles in your big toe in an attempt to numb it wasn't a fun day .

I have hyperhidrosis (bad sweating) in my hands and read where Botox was being used to treat it. Ended up getting over 200 shots in my hands at one time. That wasn't particularly fun.

I have the same thing, and it's really embarrassing. Did the botox work?

I've been real close to trying it. They say it varies with results, so I'll probably at least try. Wish it worked for you though, I know how bad it sucks.

Yeah, it's worth a shot. Insurance covered it as well. Not fun, but at least it's a smaller needle so it isn't totally unbearable.

What level of sweating? Wet like you just washed them? Clammy like you're nervous?
