The Mule: Did not like it. Hate to see what Eastwood has become, feeble. Its something I don't want to see. I don't understand why he has to be the lead in these ventures, he's not that great of an actor. Just produce and hire some actors! The plot was weak, old guy risks his last years in jail to rebuild the VF?

Haven’t seen Ben is Back but you’re right about Lucas Hedges, he’s phenomenal. Better than Chalamet rn if you ask me

For one, it’s based on a true story, and two, Eastwood (according to Bradley Cooper in bonus footage) had to play a feeble role as the character. He’s (supposedly) still very spry.

One, the fact that it is true has no bearing on being film worthy. there are a lot of true stories not worth filming. Two, I am sure he was acting feeble of course but you can't hide skin and bone. He film days were over years ago, let us remember him the way he was.

Black Panther

Awesome flick. Great story and acting. Not a mess of separate characters. Definitely one of Marvel's best efforts.

You said Spiderverse had better writing than Black Panther, but I finally watched it and it was great, except for the gaping plothole where Gwen Stacy enters Miles' universe before the spiderverses were combined. Just had to throw that out there.

Or how she managed to get enrolled into a prestigious high school in less than a week of being in Miles's universe.

Spiderman: Homecoming

Love this flick. It's an easy, fun watch. Not too corny and not overdone. Zendaya is awesome in it. It has by far the best post movie scene. And aunt Mae...

The ritual....I mean this could have been really good but the reveal was a bit off. Something was Lost in the translation of the original story I think
