LOL, I'm just saying the movie is not a valid "indictment on American journalism". Again, these are extreme circumstances and you are talking about all of journalism.

I agree that the media keeps us dumb, but it's not because there is some vast conspiracy of evil minds trying to keep us dumb. We want bad news, so that is what they look for and that is what they give us. If anything this movie is an indictment of what the American people like to see on the news. They make the producer and the camera man the villains, but most are not like them. Most are just doing their jobs, giving us what we want.

My bro in law worked for Headline News. He hated it. Writing stories about Michael Jackson coma-watch day 15 or whatever. That's what the people want to see.

Ok, I started a movie called Lost River (Ryan Gosling written and directed) and it was pretty good it I had to leave about 20 mins into it. Any of you guys watch this film and is it worth finishing?

I remember that getting absolutely blasted by critics and receiving a as many boos as it did applause at Cannes lol

but it's Ryan Gosling, so I know I'll probably love it. Was on my radar for a long while last year, but it completely slipped my mind. How are you watching it? I wasn't even aware it was available lol

I want to say it was on Cinemax last week. I can see why it wasn't well recepted by most. It's different for sure

Saw Son of a Gun on Amazon. Lot of good actors and an interesting plotline, but the writers must've had low body energy.

The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Pretty much one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I didn't even recognize the female lead as Megan Fox. She looked like a post porn career botox accident with the neck of an 80 year old. And that was just one of the small problems.

I had no expectations going into the movie. Watched Exodus also ,that was pretty good. 8/10.

I think he's pretty funny. The writing in that show isn't all that great, but the cast makes it, IMO. I think Pete and Taco are the weak links.

He's the one who claimed he was working for Merrill Lynch in the World Trade Center on 9-11. He just recently got Brian Williamsed...it's why he lost the Buffalo Wild Wings gig.
