Rocker is a very good Dline coach but recruiting is not his forte. He is a reluctant recruiter. Doesn’t mean he can’t identify talent but he is not a force on the recruiting trail.

If I were to rank my (realistic) want list to finish out this class... this kid would be #2 just behind Wright.

I would be ecstatic if we could land the both of them. Anyone else would just be gravy.

I think it was more swinging big and missing and we are not good enough results wise to circle back around. Hard thing to balance but we now would love to have Anderson and Moore.

I wonder about all this "slow play" talk...maybe the kid just didnt want to commit to us at the time. Everytime its a lower ranked recruit we need that commits to a rival its because we slow played it...

Pretty sure he tried to commit and they didn’t take it, according to VQ. I believe it was mentioned as something similar with Moore this summer, not sure though. Staff thought they were gonna get Eboigbe, IMO.
