I wonder about all this "slow play" talk...maybe the kid just didnt want to commit to us at the time. Everytime its a lower ranked recruit we need that commits to a rival its because we slow played it...

Anderson tried to committ to us earlier. Staff wouldn’t accept it at the time.I wonder about all this "slow play" talk...maybe the kid just didnt want to commit to us at the time. Everytime its a lower ranked recruit we need that commits to a rival its because we slow played it...
I think it was probably more about him coming off the injury and at his size not knowing of he would end up a SDE or DT.Pretty sure he tried to commit and they didn’t take it, according to VQ. I believe it was mentioned as something similar with Moore this summer, not sure though. Staff thought they were gonna get Eboigbe, IMO.
-RivalsEntering the week, Moore was not one of the defensive linemen being talked about in the elite group. He told Rivals that he came into this event with a “big chip” on his shoulder, and on the practice field, he has been one of the best. He has been tough to slow down with his quickness off the ball. He is a defensive lineman who can work inside and outside with his frame and ability.
