The stadium is trash, but the school and culture is 2nd to none.

Miami is nice in the tourist areas, outside of that it's garbage. Love some of the Cuban culture and some great restaurants, but the overall culture is not very good.

If recruits were choosing schools based off last season’s results, FL wouldn’t have the class they currently have.

I don't see that. He took over a crap shoot last year and seems to be building with the current class. And I can not see them firing an average coach to hire another average coach. He has only been there one season. Any program knows that you have to give a coach 3-4 years to build a program. Anyone wanting to put them down need to remember that they almost came back on us last season. If they were to beat us in Gainesville it would be a huge momentum lift for that program.

This is another "It's only July" topic. It's hard for me to imagine UF having less than 7 wins and keeping their current class intact. There also hasn't been many head to head battles between us and UF in recruiting this year. That may speak volumes about some of the kids they have committed to them. They may have the worst QB room in the SEC this year, so we'll see how it all shakes out

I really think they'll be fighting for bowl eligibility with that roster. Think they may lose to Utah that first game, and then L to us, UGA, Arkansas (as long as KJ is healthy), LSU. Toss up with South Carolina. I could see them playing FSU tough and wouldn't surpise me if they beat them.

that's what they have been doing. Mullen was the highest profile coach they have hired. Napier was considered one of the best of the lower schools.

they came back alright, but we won with our defense on the field, our defense, not really a tough bar to get over. Also we would typically have lost that just due to the Florida voodoo, doesn't matter how good or bad they are; weird stuff pretty much always happens in that game that favors them and typically leads to them winning. Didn't last year.

Lol.. yea I wouldn't wanna snack on that, Nasty.. But all in all they have great restaurants and you can't beat an authentic Cuban Sandwich! Comparable to a Real Philly Cheese Steak. Every restaurant makes their own version, but nothing like the Philly Version.
