Still can’t read. Sad.Ah don’t worry Deuce told him personally that the Vols lead. Just like you said GMac told you we don’t lead for him

I don't think they are concerned about the QB situation enough to be settling for their 2nd option just because he is ready to commit. Having Nico and Merk stacked back to back means they can be fine if they happened to miss both. Plus they know what the system/coaching does for QBs. So if they needed to use the transfer portal for a QB in the future they would probably have their pick. I think the gap between GMac and Deuce is much larger in the coach's evaluation than in our fans' evaluations.Sounds like a Vol if we want him. If we don’t take him when he wants in, we better not screw the pooch on gmac. Would suck to somehow miss both when both seem close to being Vols.
Are you allowed to be a wet blanket that lacks the confidence that our coaches have in their plan to succeed? Absolutely you are allowed. However, for the life of me, I have never been able to figure out why people choose to be a wet blanket. You do you brotha.Careful. You aren’t allowed to say this here.
Where did you get that from what his post said? If we were to miss out on 2 QB recruits in 2025 it isn’t the end of the world. We could still succeed in both HS recruiting or through the portal. Are you allowed to be a wet blanket that lacks the confidence that our coaches have in their plan to succeed? Always enjoy the trivial usage of "sunshine pumpers" when posters lack the ability to use context and logic to examine circumstances. When people lack the ability to fully comprehend something they tend to minimize arguments into soundbites. Things will not go perfect. Mistakes will be made. There is no issue with recognizing that. Reveling in every singular piece of bad news and even possible (but not yet) bad news does not make someone a realist. It makes them a wet blanket.Where did you get that from what his post said? But if you want me to answer that back half for you, not everyone is wired to be a sunshine pumper with blind faith. Especially true after Kiffin/Dooley/Butch/Pruitt.

1. Very well could be, but how should we know? 2. Not sure I agree. Personally would like to have a 3 deep at the position that doesn’t include a walk-on or lesser transfer guy. It’s not an unforeseen circumstance to lose a qb or two to injury or other factor. 3. Might turn silver into gold but it’s not gonna make a crap pancake into a platinum platter 4. very well could be so, but we also haven’t shown quite a affinity for the portal so far 5. Maybe, but we have no way of knowing that.I don't think they are concerned about the QB situation enough to be settling for their 2nd option just because he is ready to commit.1 Having Nico and Merk stacked back to back means they can be fine if they happened to miss both.2 Plus they know what the system/coaching does for QBs.3 So if they needed to use the transfer portal for a QB in the future they would probably have their pick.4 I think the gap between GMac and Deuce is much larger in the coach's evaluation than in our fans' evaluations.5
Appreciate you sticking up for this wet blanket over here.Where did you get that from what his post said? If we were to miss out on 2 QB recruits in 2025 it isn’t the end of the world. We could still succeed in both HS recruiting or through the portal.

“I still think I am not too far away,” Knight told On3. “I didn’t want to rush into a decision and I am taking it all day by day, but I am confident that is will happen at some point during this season.
“The feeling is important to me. I need to feel 100% and be fully confident in my decision. I won’t be a guy that sets a date weeks or months out to commit, but when I feel ready, I set a date and announce it a few days later.”
“Communication is very big for me, so coaches being able to hit me up shows me a lot. It lets me know who wants me, who is thinking about me and how hard they want to recruit men.
“Over 30 schools have reached out in the first couple of weeks. It has been crazy, but I have enjoyed it. Some get overwhelmed when this happened, but I like it and it really does help me with my relationships and recruiting.”
“Coach Heupel is a coach I like a lot,” Knight said. “He runs a fast-paced offense, he knows quarterbacks and his teams score a lot of points. Every school he has been at has put up big numbers. He is an offensive guru. I like who Coach Heupel is off the field too. He is upbeat, he has good energy and we talk a lot.
c.simmons“The whole staff is recruiting me. Tennessee shows a lot of interest in me and that means a lot. Outisde of what Coach Heupel does with offenses, the staff is probably what stands out the most about Tennessee.”
