Mueller Report Imminent

Sure he did, and he would have obstructed to a greater extent if not for a few more reasonable people around him.

So basically, Trump had an idea he presented to his aids and that was obstruction? Are you sure the obstruction didn't start when he had the idea before he presented it? Maybe you all need to find some pre-cogs.

"...the report outlines how Trump told then-White House Counsel Don McGahn to inform the acting attorney general that Mueller should be removed in June 2017 -- a demand McGahn ignored. Trump also allegedly questioned McGahn’s habit of taking notes and making memos for the record, a sign that his tweets were likely aimed in part at the former counsel.
"Why do you take notes? Lawyers don't take notes. I never had a lawyer who took notes," Trump said, according to Mueller's report. The special counsel said McGahn responded that he keeps notes "because he is a 'real lawyer' and explained that notes create a record and are not a bad thing."

Trump rails against associates who spoke to Mueller, calls claims ‘total bull---t’ | Fox News

The guy you're calling a fool somehow stole the election, was investigated for 2 years and got away with it. I can't wait to see what a Republican of even average intelligence to able to do to you. ;)

Russia's intrusion involved numerous methods... This was a big one:

Intrusions into state voter-registration systems- During the summer and fall of 2016, Russian hackers intruded into voter databases and software systems in 39 different states, alarming Obama administration officials to the point that they took the unprecedented step of contacting Moscow directly via the Moscow-Washington hotline and warning that the attacks risked setting off a broader conflict. Obviously, this was inadequate but that is another discussion.

As early as June 2016, the FBI sent a warning to states about "bad actors" probing state-elections systems to seek vulnerabilities. In September of 2016, FBI Director James Comey testified before the House Judiciary Committee that the FBI was investigating Russian hackers attempting to disrupt the 2016 election and that federal investigators had detected hacker-related activities in state voter-registration databases, which independent assessments determined were soft targets for hackers. Comey stated there were multiple attempts to hack voter database registrations. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper attributed these Russian hacking attempts to Vladimir Putin.

In August 2016, the FBI issued a nationwide "flash alert" warning state election officials about hacking attempts. In September 2016, U.S. Department of Homeland Security officials and the National Association of Secretaries of State announced that hackers had penetrated or sought to penetrate, the voter-registration systems in more than 20 states over the previous few months. Federal investigators attributed these attempts to Russian government-sponsored hackers, and specifically to Russian intelligence agencies. Four of the intrusions into voter registration databases were successful, including intrusions into the Illinois and Arizona databases. Although the hackers did not appear to change or manipulate data. Illinois officials said that information on up to 200,000 registered voters was stolen. The FBI and DHS increased their election-security coordination efforts with state officials as a result of this breach.

All of this information is readily available on the internet with a simple Google search of "Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections".

They didn’t even have to change my vote. I had already been duped by a Facebook meme 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah...I'll double down on dumb...
...President Donald Trump, according to (former campaign aide) Nunberg, was at turns too dumb for Russian President Vladimir Putin to want to collude with and too idiotic to keep himself out of trouble...

Chris Christie was by the candidate's side for much of the campaign and ran the transition effort once Trump won --
Christie's theory -- these guys weren't smart enough to collude -- isn't exactly the most flattering when it comes to the President and his family.

Yup.......i think this is succinct and well stated

The obstruction case against Trump is not conclusive. In fact, his indiscretion and ineptness could be seen as evidence that he did not think he was breaking the law. But at the same time, he recklessly created the appearance that he was guilty of something, disregarding sound legal advice from people who knew better. If arrogant stupidity were a crime, Trump would be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Trump May Not Be Guilty of Obstruction, but He Is Guilty of Arrogant Stupidity

So Trump wanted to collude but was too dumb to get it done. That is a brilliant theory.

"... But it did show a venal, amoral, deceptive Donald Trump, instructing his aides to lie and willing to help them do so. That's not good in the president of the United States." - Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano

Wow. I'm guessing this won't be included as part of a Trump retweet? LOL. This is not a liberal partisan hack on MSNBC or CNN passing judgment on the character of Donald Trump. This is one of Fox News's most visible pundits on legal matters. This^^^^ is what you run on in 2020 as a Democrat. Trump is unfit from a moral standpoint to hold this office.

I agree. I do think, however, the Dems will try to impeach Trump over obstruction of justice charges. If Trump keeps pissing off Republican senators, they may get the votes they need to pull it off.

Trump Jr. Dodged Charges Because He Was ‘Too Dumb to Prosecute’

“To prove that a defendant acted ‘knowledgeably and willfully,’ the government would have to show that the defendant had general knowledge his conduct was unlawful,” said the report.

Mueller’s team hypothesized that Trump Jr. could claim that he didn’t believe that his actions broke the law. They suggested the same is true of Kushner.

@lawgator1 has been suspiciously quiet today.

Did he finally check into the hospital after hyperventilating into a paper bag wasn't working any longer?

Is this is kicking ass and taking names?
The NYT counted 295 revenue streams from Fred to Donald and his siblings, which began flowing when they were children. It estimates that Donald received at least $413m in today’s money from his father’s empire, mostly from property transfers and a “flood” of loans, many never repaid. Had the money gone straight into a fund tracking the S&P 500 when received, it would now be worth almost $2bn.
