https://covidtracking.com/data/us-dailyHaving trouble finding a table showing daily deaths but located different charts. No we are not experiencing daily deaths in the US as we were when New York cases and deaths were exploding in March/April. We do have an alarmingly upward curve in deaths. Looks like we have about 8-10 states that should shut down again to flatten the curve with most being in the SC to Texas range.
I think you can give this increased number to more testing availability.https://covidtracking.com/data/us-daily
Daily #s were all the way down in the 2-300s at one point but now they're hovering around 1,000ish again
Daily State-by-State Testing Trends
You can see the trend but since July Tennessee has been testing way more then it was. I am sure without looking that this goes for all states and would explain a 700 person increase per day of coronavirus positives.
I mean again, just like any statistic, with more testing there are always going to be more results.
I guess you don't know anyone who has had it seriously. Have a friend, active, fit, 31, who has been so k for almost 4 weeks now. Permanent lung damage has already occurred. It's not just something you get and move on with. Not with everyone. Purposefully exposing them is an asenine idea. What if they have sickle cell anemia, or have type A blood, which has been shown to be more susceptible to serious complications. We can't live in a bubble , but we can buy time until we can figure some things out. The private sector will figure it out long before the govt does, and they will soon because there has NEVER been a pot of gold like this one. The vaccine/medicine to treat this disease will be worth trillions. Somebody will find a way. Life finds a way.do not quarantine those showing positive results. Put them all in the sauna with team mates and expose every player on the squad until all test positive. After they all test positive, and two weeks pass, then we go on with the season. Why am I the only one who sees that. It ain't no big deal. Get it and get over it and get on with your lives.
There ain't nothing to having this virus people!
GET OVER IT!

Here's some truth that has hit home. A good family friend of mine has a little 5 year old that has already survived leukemia and she just tested positive for COVID. Just got the news 30 minutes ago. Unfortunately, her dad believed the virus was overblown and largely a hoax. She has a fever and is obviously sick but manageable so far. If you can, say a prayer for her and her family. Also, don't be a snowflake and wear a mask when you're in a situation where you can't keep a good distance from others. COVID is real. Other countries have a handle on it because the majority of citizens realize it is not a political issue where you need to take a side, but it's a medical issue where you need to take common sense measures to avoid being infected or spreading it.
But then China makes and lets loose an even more deadlier virus.I guess you don't know anyone who has had it seriously. Have a friend, active, fit, 31, who has been so k for almost 4 weeks now. I’m weary of anyone who says anything other than the obvious... more than we expected are still getting it but fewer seem to be dying.
If you have been exposed to a virus and recovered your body will remember how that was fought off. Antibodies aren't the only part of the immune system. You are not going to catch the same strain over and over and over. Now if it mutates significantly then you can catch it again, and that would also mean that just like the flu, you would need a new version of the vaccine every year, or every few years, which would also mean that the vaccine wouldn't be as effective as we hope. You do know this virus never leaves you right? lifelong effects from it and the antibodies wear off after two to three months so you can get it again.
It's the nature of science for conclusions to change when dealing with an unknownThe "experts" have changed their minds and been wrong plenty on this. The point you bring up seems obvious, and we will know for sure in two or three weeks. It is very natural for a virus to become less deadly over time as it mutates, even a relatively mild one such as this. It is very inefficient for the virus itself to kill its host.
If true we're all gonna get it and have it for the rest of our lives. So in that case, lift all restrictions and go back to complete normal because its not gonna be stopped. You do know this virus never leaves you right? lifelong effects from it and the antibodies wear off after two to three months so you can get it again.
