Just about every GOOD coach was an up and comer at some point. Muschamp was a recent up and comer. 11-1 looks pretty strong. Hugh Freeze was an up and comer. Kevin Sumlin was an up and comer. If you would turn from the program without giving ANY coach a chance, then maybe you should look for a team to support who never loses?

OP is just trying to discretely hide the fact that we're hiring the Blue Mountain State coach... Thad Castle will also be transferring to give us depth at LB.

There are a lot of job openings right now and most will be filled with "up & comers"...a number of whom will become very successful.
