Then you choose to be a victim of self induced, media derived stress on issues you can literally do nothing about.Me taking a break doesn’t make the world stop.
And in this day and age, trying to avoid the news cycle is near impossible, and in some cases irresponsible.
The quarantine time was fairly doable, though.

The reason I and others defended AJ was because the evidence didn't support the case against AJ.Is there a difference between defending AJ, and not seeing the evidence to support the accusations

I'm sorry if I feel the circumstances surround Bubba need to be questioned. But I don't think someone can sneak into a Nascar garage where they have constant security and hang a noose and get back out without getting caught. And then only 1 person sees it and it's on Bubbas crew. Im sorry if I want more information before deciding if it happened or not, but so far the story doesn't add up.

This forum can be fun but the subject matter can lead to stress. Abortion, deficits, war, media manipulation, racism, murder. Too much of that can drain a person.
I did it last year. Just didn’t go into a couple thread subjects, didn’t turn on news when I got home. Just took a break from the worlds problems I’ll never be able to fix and my general outlook and mood improved.
