Having been all.over Ohio I would probably agree Cleveland is Memphis bad, Dayton also terrible

Cincinnati is fairly nice, has a more 'small city feel' to it and is culturally a bit more of Kentucky north

Columbus in the last ten years has gotten upgraded but it's still a pit mostly.

That being said,.Knoxville is the only city in Tennessee id actually live in. I live near Chattanooga and despise the city. Nashville is ok downtown
Memphis nope.....not a chance. Use it for carpet bombing practice for all I care, or give it to Mississippi. Both states GDP would go up then

I go to Ohio for business on several occasions and I like the state and the people. Midwest is great for burger and beer joints if you are into that.

Mid westerners in general.are nice and polite. They have more in common with Southern people than east/west coasters

Their ethnic make-up is more German, thus the difference in food. My dad was from Germany and loved going up there to visit all the Hofbrau restaurants

I love Cincinnati. It has a lot of character and they do a great job of preserving the old stuff. Doesn’t feel as “Ohio” as the rest of the state.
