I am inclined to believe Tennessee has his paperwork for the following reason: Not necessarily from our own inside making an official statement if they were told to keep it quiet, but because OSU has their own process with staff and recruits. If he signed, most likely their insiders know as well. As such, no surprise that Bill Kurelic at 247 OSU is saying Sanders to Tennessee.
