'25 NC OT David Sanders (Tennessee)

Anyone know how much muscle and weight he needs to put on?

I know Seaton was like 285-290 this year.

I think sanders is 275-280

But proctor is like mid 350’s or so.

I just keep hearing he’s pretty under weight but I don’t know to what extent he’s obviously pretty lean and has a frame to fill out more.

Mims who was good at Georgia was in the 350’s.

But Campbell and banks who are the top 2 OT’s this year are in the 320’s.

Idk that he can add 40 lbs of good weight in 250 days but he definitely can over the next 2-3 seasons.

If he wants to add 40 lbs of “good weight” in 250 days he’s gonna have to start taking Will Greir’s secret sauce that got him suspended for a season asap.

Taylor Lewan was 6’7” 310 in the NFL. If Sanders has good technique and functional strength I think he would be fine at 295-300 to start out.

He will be adding 38.5 lbs with approximately 87% of that being muscle.

Also how has Bennett Warren developed physically and skillwise? Haven’t seen/heard much about him even in preseason and through the season. Had high hopes for him. Hopefully he and Sanders dominate for years to come,
 
with his nil and how bad he was garnered after, I will say there is a really good chance that he will play ALOT early and often. Starting we shall see but a lot of reps.
I agree. I don't think he starts but you gotta get a lot of snaps ASAP. Thompson only has one year if you play him at RT. No point to redshirt him, he won't be here five years
