'19 NC RB Quavaris Crouch (Tennessee signee)

List the “many” that have even COMPARED the two arms. Nothing you post resembles what the original writers WROTE. You can’t control your fiction anymore...if you ever could.
Most pro JG comments are pillow talk....since he is an unpaid athlete they cant really say the truth so they say things like arm strength, or arm talent, or toughness..all code for not good.

No.

I refuse to accept this is as good as Tennessee can do for an Offensive Coordinator.

If we can't pull in either Pete Carroll or Dabo Swinney as our next OC, we should at least be swinging for a Dan Mullen type. $10M/year is not too much for excellence. We can afford it.

Our administration clearly doesn't care enough to truly create a championship program. I'm out. Selling my 30 season tickets as soon as they run out in 2023.

“At some point, Mike’s gonna move on,” Gundy said of Yurcich on Sunday in advance of Monday’s Liberty Bowl against Missouri. “We would love to keep him here. We’re not gonna be able to pay what other schools could potentially offer him. So if he ever gets a run to be a coordinator at all the schools that are interested in him, or maybe move on to the NFL, that’s probably gonna be his next move versus — you just call it like it is — some of the other head coaching jobs you get at levels that are lower pay about a third or a fourth of what these guys are making as coordinators.” - Mike Gundy

Take it for what it's worth...

Thanks for sharing...

To me If I am an OC and want a change and another university offers me a job in a prestigious conference plus a salary of 1.2 million a year. I would probably informally accept the job. Just saying I don't think it looks to good for UT for it to be taking a while to decide.
Does it look any better for Alabubba. They still haven’t named one either.

Little different there they are playing for a NC and I can understand the need for no distractions plus I don't think they have been looking as long as UT has. Apple to Apple not Apple to Orange. lol

Good read thanks. This doesn't seem like a pay raise type of comment(s) but that being said it worked for Gundy. I find it hard to believe if Gundy or AD went to T Boone and said he's gonna leave for a measly half mil a year T Boone could find that much in his couch.
If he wants to leave because of something other than money then we could also be a good spot. just depends on his motivation. I just don't see how a former ( very successful) OC and first year head coach in Ryan Day at tOsu would turn over the reins and responsibility to a new OC to run a different scheme.

I NEVER SAID THAT MANY PEOPLE COMPARED THE TWO AND SAID JG HAD A STRONGER ARM. Learn to read. I said he has had more people tout it period. I have also said everyone says its close between the two, which is the truth.
Why would anyone tout the redshirt freshman on the team instead of the starter? So what does that prove in your vendetta? And who is this “everyone”? That goes back to COMPARING THE TWO. You’re stuck in your own riddle. How about dump your goofy and failed “every expert said this” modus operandi and roll with your own opinion? Why do you NEED “expert” validation? You lack enough self confidence?

K-Town has access to these “experts” who must be paid to discuss Vol athletes and compare their relative strengths...and he won’t share said access. As far as your post, when were restrictions put on critiquing college athletes?

Why is not caring equate to being a lightweight? Also, I am curious, why do you care?
Somebody has to. You gave up so I’m needed. Very interesting (to me at least) that you constantly update others on a fan board about your apathy. Good luck with that testosterone!

Gotcha. Testosterone levels are at an extremely high level thanks to my carnivore diet. So I am good.

Remember,,,, all these wonderful stats have come in the little 12, not the SEC.
That being said, the number of times we would get the ball per game, would either go down, because the other teams just wouldn't let us have it, and this would not allow us to run so many plays per game. It think it can be said that in the little 12 the dominant force is offense. In the SEC it defense or a balance of both sides of the ball.

The little 12 hung 34 on maybe the best defence in the country last night

Most criticism of JG is ignorant BS spewing from mouths of people that have no idea what they’re talking about. JG has a lot he can improve upon, but at the end of the day it’s moot if he’s being hit within 2 seconds of getting the ball. I would wager JG actually did about as well as any other QB would of done in the situation other than extremely mobile QBs.
